Outdoor Courts
Macclesfield Pickleball Club operates on 2 dedicated outdoor pickleball courts - a rarity in the region. These are specially designed for pickleball and maintained to a high standard.
Season: We play year-round, but sessions are weather-dependent. Courts may be closed during rain, ice, or unsafe conditions to protect players and the court surface.
Check our WhatsApp group for last-minute weather cancellations and updates. In winter, we also offer indoor sessions.
Clubhouse
Facilities
- • Toilets and changing facilities available throughout the day
- • Kitchen facilities with hot drinks (tea, coffee) available
- • Seating area for breaks between games and spectators
- • First aid kit available on site
Guest Facilities
The courts are located at Macclesfield Tennis Club, a multi-facility venue. As part of your membership, you have access to additional facilities including:
- • Tennis club bar and lounge
- • Professional coaching available
- • Entry to Wimbledon ballot
Parking
Free On-Site Parking
Free parking is available on-site for all club members and visitors. Please park considerately and leave space for tennis club members.

Safety & First Aid
First aid kits are available at the clubhouse. All session organisers are briefed on first aid procedures.
In case of serious injury:
- Call 999 immediately
- Inform a committee member or session organiser

Remember: Proper footwear is mandatory (non-marking soles) to reduce injury risk. Stay hydrated, especially in warm weather, and take breaks when needed.
